Booking, payment & cancellation
A 30% booking deposit is credited toward your approved venue or catering quote. The remaining 70% is due seven days before your event. Bookings within seven days require full payment after approval.
Venue rentals also require a separate refundable damage deposit of 50% of the rental fee, collected with the final balance. It is returned within seven days after inspection, less documented damage or agreed excess cleaning. Catering-only bookings have no venue damage deposit.
If your plans change
- Within 48 hours of booking, when the event is at least 14 days away: full refund.
- 30 or more days before the event: payments above the 30% booking deposit are refunded. The deposit may transfer once to an available date within six months.
- 8–29 days before the event: the 30% booking deposit is retained; remaining service payments are refunded.
- Seven days or fewer before the event, or a no-show: venue and catering charges are not refunded.
- If the farm cancels and cannot provide the service: full refund for the affected service.
On cancellation, the separate damage deposit is refunded. Submit cancellation requests in writing to dtcatering.yff@gmail.com.
Outdoor events need an agreed weather backup plan. Unsafe conditions qualify for one transfer to an available date; ordinary rain follows the agreed backup plan.

How many guests fit inside?
The event center accommodates 80 guests indoors.
What are the starting prices?
Event center rental starts at $350 for 3 hours; catering starts at $18 per person for 25 or more guests.
Is glamping available to book?
Availability requests only. Lodging booking is closed pending compliance and insurance confirmation.
Is there a damage deposit?
The separate refundable damage deposit is half the venue rental fee. It is returned within seven days after inspection, less documented damage or agreed excess cleaning.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking anywhere on the property.
